Ingredients:

1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

¼ tsp baking soda

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup butter (melted)

3 egg whites at room temperature

1 tbsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

½ cup chamomile milk

*For the chamomile milk, bring 1 cup of milk to a boil, add 3 chamomile tea bags and steep, covered, for the recommended time on the package..

*For the icing, mix ¾ cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp chamomile milk, and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Modify for taste preference

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Add wet ingredients into one bowl and dry ingredients into a separate bowl

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until incorporated

Grease the mini bundt cake pan with butter and sugar

Bake for 18-20 minutes

Add icing once they are cooled
